The most expensive plan is not the best plan. The right plan is the one whose modules you will actually use within three months. Here is how to find it.
1. How many people enter data in the software?
Not how many people work for you: how many open the software and record something. One or two, MICRO is enough. Three to five, PETITE. Beyond that, role management becomes essential and you are in MOYENNE.
2. Do you need to know who did what?
As soon as a register is run by someone other than the owner, the activity log stops being a luxury. That is the first real step up: it starts with PETITE.
3. Do you keep accounts, or only sales?
Tracking sales and stock is MICRO. Producing an income statement, tracking payables and receivables, handling several currencies: that is PETITE, with the Finance module.
4. Do you lend money?
If you run credit or microfinance, the matching module sits in MOYENNE. It is the only case where we suggest going straight up.
And the ENTREPRISE plan?
It is not "above" MOYENNE: it is a bespoke plan. You list your modules, we assess, we deploy and we train. It suits organisations with several branches, their own server, or particular needs.
The advice that matters
Start one notch below what you think you need. Moving up a plan happens mid-year, pro rata, without losing a single record. The reverse — paying a year for modules never opened — cannot be recovered.
